BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN BRIEF
Age & Experience
Drivers should be aged 23 to 69, inclusive, and
have held a driving license for at least a year.
All none UK Licenses should be over 25
Deposits / Collision Damage Waiver/Non-Waivable Excess
A £200 deposit for group O, A, B, C, D is required
as liability for the non-waivable excess against accidental/theft damage (to
include punctures). This is refunded at the end of the hire provided there is
no damage.
A £400 Deposit for group D, E, G, P
Airport Charges
Charges may be made to customers returning
vehicles back to Airports later than the time agreed, this includes our time and
car park costs. Please inform us in advance of change of return time.
Breakdown cover
Breakdown cover is included in the CDW charge. (UK only)
Payment
Payment is accepted by Cash, Cheques with guarantee card, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Euro card, and travelers Cheques.
Rental Days
Rental Days start at 9am and end by 9am the following day. There is a overnight charge for hires starting after 5pm when the hire includes at least one further day.
Cleaning Charge
Vehicles returned
very dirty are subject to a cleaning charge (click here for example)
Parking Tickets , London
Congestion Charge & Road Traffic Offences
In certain cases, we reserve the right, if necessary, to
settle parking infringements directly with the issuing authority on your behalf.
The fine will be taken on your credit/debit card and an administration
charge of £10 will be added. This
will actually save customers a substantial amount of money as, if we follow the
standard route in all cases, the Enforcement Notice will have doubled the fine
by the time it reaches the customer who is liable for the infringement.
Anyone who intends to challenge a motoring offence through the normal channels
should inform us immediately and we will not settle it on you behalf.
